Dolciaria Ambrosiana Srl has adaptedits Quality Management System to the voluntary UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, BRC and IFS standards, aswellas to the applicable mandatory regulations, especially in terms of quality and food safety, and has identified the following conditions to achieve the above mentioned objectives:

Making healthy, safe and reliable products thanks to the continuous attention to quality and selection of raw materials used, the commitment to produce GMO-free food, the self-control exercised in all phases of the production cycle, ensuring the detection and removal of any contaminants of the product through the activities of maintaining adequate hygienic and sanitary conditions of areas and equipment, training of personnel on food hygiene and safety, monitoring of pests, information and awareness of suppliers of raw materials on the risks of contamination of the same, sampling plan of raw materials and finished products that establish the frequency of analysis for the various types of risk, identification and monitoring of critical control points, implementation of procedures to verify the effectiveness of the current system.
