From breakfast to an aperitif in the evening, biscuits and other baked products from Dolciaria Ambrosiana accompany the palate at all times. Each recipe is developed to compliment a wholesome diet, which recalls the memories and taste of homemade cookies and taralli.
Our Cookies are born from the encounter between imagination and the variety of ingredients.
Inspired by the tradition of Italian pastry, the dry pastries, filled with jam, decorated with chocolate or icing sugar, make Dolciaria Ambrosiana a great pastry shop, where cookies are not made, but are created. We want to give everyone the opportunity to bring a dessert to the table at any time, as if it were always a day of celebration.
The biscuits are prepared with selected ingredients. Particular attention is given to fair-trade and eco-sustainable raw materials, such as UTZ cocoa and RSPO margarine.
From the age-old processing methods and from the typical Apulian gastronomic products come ‘taralli’ and savory snacks, all packaged freshly baked and which are an excellent substitute for bread.
Taralli are produced from traditional recipes and the memories of the grandmothers who still knead them by hand to create friable rings that not only look good but smell wonderful. Our Taralli, are prepared using 99% Apulian raw materials and are the best way that Dolciaria Ambrosiana has to celebrate Puglia and to export its flavor.
