Making healthy, safe and reliable products thanks to the continuous attention to the quality and selection of the raw materials used, the commitment to produce food without GMOs, to self-control in all phases of the production cycle to guarantee the identification and removal of any contaminants of the product through the activities of: maintaining adequate hygienic conditions of areas and equipment, training of personnel in matters of hygiene and food safety, monitoring of pests, diffusing information and raising awareness to raw material suppliers on the risks of contamination, implementing a sampling plan of raw materials and finished products that establish the methods of frequency of analysis for the various types of risk, identification and monitoring of critical control points, implementation of procedures to verify the effectiveness of the current system.
