The search for ever different flavours. At the centre of our attention is the will to experiment with combinations of new ingredients, looking for recipes from Italian and Apulian gastronomic traditions.
Respect for Apulian gastronomic traditions has always been at the base of our products: the cookies and taralli produced by Dolciaria Ambrosiana are still prepared following our grandmothers' original recipes, paying particular care in the choice of raw materials.
The use of technologically advanced machinery and the desire to offer products that can be enjoyed by everyone helps us to be the most competitive with regards to quality/price ratio.
